Kipbook operates on a subscription model that provides access to premium features including unlimited cloud synchronization, advanced analytics, and enhanced business management tools. This policy outlines our refund guidelines and the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.

No Refund Policy

Kipbook maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans. Once a subscription payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Reasons for No-Refund Policy

  1. Free Trial Available: All users have access to our Starter Plan at no cost, allowing comprehensive evaluation of core features before upgrading

  2. Immediate Service Delivery: Subscription benefits, including cloud synchronization and premium features, are activated immediately upon payment and cannot be “returned”

  3. Data Synchronization: Premium subscriptions include cloud sync services that permanently store and process your business data, representing an irreversible service delivery

  4. Resource Allocation: Our infrastructure and support resources are allocated based on subscription commitments

What’s Included in Your Free Evaluation

Before subscribing, users can:

  • Create and manage businesses
  • Add unlimited products and transactions
  • Generate daily reports
  • Test core inventory management features
  • Evaluate the user interface and workflow

Subscription Terms

  • Monthly Plans: Billed every 30 days
  • Quarterly Plans: Billed every 90 days
  • Annual Plans: Billed every 365 days
  • All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

Cancellation Policy

While refunds are not available, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Access to premium features continues through the paid period
  • No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle
  • Data remains accessible during the active subscription period

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties:

  2. We will work to resolve technical issues promptly
  3. Service credits may be provided for extended outages (at our discretion)
  4. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving:

  • Fraudulent charges
  • Duplicate payments due to payment processor errors
  • Violations of our Terms of Service by Kipbook

We may, at our sole discretion, consider partial refunds. Such decisions are made case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

Dispute Resolution

For billing disputes:

  2. Provide detailed information about the disputed transaction
  3. We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days

Payment Processor Policies

Refund requests made directly through your payment method (credit card, mobile money, etc.) will be declined and referred back to this policy.
