a. Information You Provide
  • Account Information: When you register or log in, we collect your email address, display name, and user role (e.g., salesperson) via Firebase Authentication.
  • Business Data: If you set up a business profile, we may collect business-related details, subscription plans (e.g., “basic_plan”), and referral codes you enter or generate.
  • Transaction and Product Data: You may input transaction details (e.g., dates, amounts) and product information, stored locally on your device using Hive and optionally synced to Firebase Firestore.
  • Purchase Information: When you make in-app purchases (e.g., subscriptions), we collect purchase details like plan type and transaction status via Google Play Billing.
b. Automatically Collected Information
  • Device Information: We collect data like your operating system version and advertising ID to ensure App functionality, security (via Firebase App Check and Play Integrity), and ad personalization (via Google Mobile Ads).
  • Usage Data: Firebase Analytics collects anonymized data about how you use the App, such as screen views, button clicks, and session duration.
  • Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging generates tokens to deliver notifications you’ve subscribed to.
  • Local Notification Data: We schedule local notifications (e.g., reminders) using device APIs, stored locally.
c. Locally Stored Data
  • Preferences: SharedPreferences stores settings like your theme preference (light/dark mode), onboarding status (e.g., “isFirstTime”), and last selected business ID on your device.
  • Cached Data: Firestore may cache data locally for offline use, such as transactions or products.
  • Files: We may generate Excel files or access media (e.g., images) for export features, stored on your device’s external storage.
